Model Home Monday

This model home today is kind of dear to my heart. I promised some big news this week, so here it is. We are looking into moving out of our current house and building a new one. It's a really hard decision that we haven't taken lightly...in fact, we still haven't quite made up our minds. I LOVE our current house. So much. It's hard to even fathom moving out and having someone else move in. It hurts my heart just thinking about it. But, although I know we are blessed with what we have, our house just lacks the functionality for our family, especially if we want our family to continue to grow. We have a huge lack of storage, but I've been able to work through it with awesome storage solutions. It still seems like we are busting at the seam though. Yes, I know, we can get rid of stuff, but then there comes the lack of bedrooms. We need at least 1 or 2 more bedrooms to feel comfortable in here. Plus, it would be great to have a kids zone. I have a ton of wishes as you can see :) I can tell you this much though, as much as I thought I would be picking apart our current house in this process, I've actually come to start loving it more and more. Looking at all the details that I probably won't get in our new house just hurts. Anyway. This is definitely a confusing time and process, so we will see where it leads! But for now, here's one of the houses we are looking at getting :) The floor plan is awesome, except I'm really not a fan of having my dining room smack dab in the middle of the kitchen and living room. But, there's always customization!

Here's the front room. This hutch is just amazing!
The living room. It's a two story room with some major windows that are just beautiful.

 The dining room:
And the kitchen. I think I floored my husband when I said I liked the cabinets. He seems to think I only like white cabinets :) Little does he know, I just hate ours lol.
 This blacksplash is so pretty!

 The mud room:
 The master bedroom:

 Master bathroom:
 Loft:

 Bedroom 1:

 Bedroom 2:
 Bedroom 3:
 Guest bathroom:
 Basement rec room:
 This console table!!
So, what did you think? I love this floor plan, but I have a few others up my sleeve I have to think about too! I'll share them with you in the coming weeks!
