Model Home Monday {UV Parade of Homes #24}

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend :) Ours was awesome...got to announce the gender of our baby to family. All I gotta say is thank goodness for double backup plans lol. Hopefully I got some decent pictures that I'll share later.

And since today is Monday, here is our home tour for today! This house was beautiful with great details and woodwork throughout. It has 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 7,751 square feet, all for $1,100,000.

 Here's my most favorite piece of all the model homes/parade of homes. I seriously think about this all the time...and I may soon replicate it if I can get my hands on a lot of wood pieces :)
